On Thursday 5th October, Year 3 at Ochil Centre had a visit from two farmers from the Royal Highland Education Trust. Anne (a dairy farmer) and Jane (a hill sheep farmer) gave a fantastic talk about caring for animals and looking after the environment.

The Year 3 classroom was transformed into a countryside scene. The pupils dressed up as farmers and were able to handle lots of farming equipment.

This visit linked perfectly with our local area topic and World Animal Day. Everyone had a brilliant time and certainly learned some fascinating facts!
